RESPONSIBILITIES
- Presents a professional image through proper employee actions and by wearing the provided uniform • Maintains day-to-day contact and is always available for customer questions or requests
- Must be able to hire employees and judge their ability to work with other team members
- Must be able to discipline employees if needed and have a stern approach to employee safety and rules
- Helps with decisions of seasonal labor reduction
- Coordinates and communicates concerns between office and field
- Implements all Safety Tailgate Meetings and completes required documentation
- Participates in New Hire Training
- Ensures all vehicle and equipment inspections are completed as scheduled
- Reviews equipment/vehicles and removes unsafe equipment/vehicles from service
- Implements Job Start Ups with crew leaders
- Creates and presents enhancement proposals and identifies sales opportunities
- Manages labor and material budgets
- Schedules daily routes and adds new jobs in proper order, revising schedules as needed
- Manages Job Sequencing with crew leaders and the morning dispatch and afternoon return
- Reviews reports, prepares needed equipment and material, and orders and schedules delivery of enhancement material and rental equipment
- Assigns tasks to crew members and follows up to make sure that work was completed properly
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have minimum 3-5 years experience with a professional landscape management firm
- A Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related major study is strongly preferred
- Must have a current, valid driver’s license in this state
- Driving record must meet company standards and all state requirements

- Must be able to work in extreme and inclement weather conditions
